Why it can’t be gamed.
PIN release
Only the buyer holds the code, and only that code releases the funds. A courier can’t trigger payment; a seller can’t free their own money early.
Declared weight
The seller declares the parcel’s weight up front — it sets the courier quote and gives both sides a reference point if there’s ever a dispute.
Locker option
Can’t be home? The same PIN can unlock a locker pickup instead. The moment the door registers the collection, the seller is paid.
