Don’t send the EFT. Set this up instead, send it to the seller, and your money sits with TradeSafe until the item is in your hands. You need nothing from the seller but a way to send them a link.
Check you’ve got exactly what was agreed before you hand over the PIN. Once it’s given, the money is the seller’s and cannot be recalled.

Nothing is charged now. You only pay once the seller has accepted and set up their payout — and the money still isn’t theirs until you say so.
